It is located in a private residence with pool(summer) and tennis (Monday-Saturday).

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Les Minimes: the beach is only 5 min walk, the port des Minimes, one of the largest marinas in the world, is in immediate vicinity, you can reach La Rochelle city center in just 10min by bicycle.
You will find tons of amazing places to eat and drink. Also, transportation is very easy: we proposed bikes for location, city buses available and there are a few parks in the area.
